Adult Hockey League (SIAHL@OK)

The Oakland Ice Center Management stresses equal play at all levels of competition.
SIAHL@OK offers three seasons per year
- Fall League: Early September start dates
- Winter League: Early January start dates
- Summer League - Late May start dates.
Each regular season is followed by single elimination playoffs (top four teams in each division qualify for playoffs).
- Team space is limited. Divisions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Individuals without teams looking to play in the League are welcome to join our Free Agent List.
- Game schedule averages one game per week on a primary or alternate night.
League Fees
SIAHL@OK charges a per team fee each season. Teams then break down individual player costs based on the number of members on the team.
Each team is responsible for ensuring that the league fees are paid in entirety, and may choose to either pay the fee in one lump sum, or divide the total fee amongst individual team members. SIAHL@OK does not determine the amount each player owes; that is determined solely by the team captain(s).
Oakland Ice Center accepts payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Any teams failing to meet payment deadlines may be subject to game forfeiture, disqualification from playoffs, and/or further disciplinary measures.

Sharks Ice at Oakland is committed to providing the finest hockey programming for adults. Sharks Ice at Oakland Adult Hockey League (SIAHL@OK) offers two (2) seasons every year:
Fall/Winter season starts at the beginning of September for twenty-five (25) regular season games plus Playoffs; Spring/Summer season starts at the beginning of April and runs through August for eighteen to twenty (18-20) regular season games plus Playoffs; Whether you are a beginner or recently finished your professional or college career, we have a Division for you! Division Champions are crowned each season in a 2-week Playoff round.

Player/Team Registration
Captains may register teams, and players may request to join a team. All SIAHL players are required to hold an active membership with USA Hockey and complete our SIAHL online waiver. Team finances are managed in DASH.
USA Hockey Membership
A Valid USAH membership is required for SIAHL play. Confirmation numbers issued after March 31st remain valid through August of the following calendar year. Players with expiring numbers MUST renew memberships prior to the start of Fall/Winter season in September.
SIAHL League Waiver
Please complete our Sharks Ice Online League Waiver. To avoid roster or eligibility issues, make sure your name is entered exactly as it was for your USA Hockey registration.
Captains’ Login
Captains can access roster management, player eligibility status, free agents, and Sub Goalies all in TimetoScore (TTS).

Free Agents
Players who find themselves without a team for any reason may sign up as a Free Agent!
The Free Agent list is used regularly by Captains in all Divisions looking for players. Sharks Ice Adult Hockey League (SIAHL) has a Division for every skill level from Beginners (Division 9) to newly retired Pros (Division 1). Parking Information
All games are be played at the Oakland Ice Center operated by Sharks Ice located at 519 18th Street in downtown Oakland.
Parking is available at the Dalziel Garage located in the Frank Ogawa Plaza, one block from the rink. Dalziel Garage Hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 1:00am
- Saturday - 8:00am - 1:00am
On Sundays, parking is available in the 18th Street surface lot at the corner of 18th Street and San Pablo Ave with park mobile validation code
ParkMobile validation codes are available for Sharks Ice patrons in the lobby
