7 game guarantee

To Register

1. Register your team online by June 10th to secure your team's spot in the tournament. (You do not need to have your entire team chosen at the time of registration.)

2. Complete team registration form and email to eteachout@sharksice.com or fax to 510-268-9159 no later than June 20th.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER BY 6/22 AND BE REGISTERED WITH USA HOCKEY FOR THE 12-13 OR 13-14 SEASON - NO EXCEPTIONS. REGISTER AT WWW.USAHOCKEYREGISTRATION.COM.

* Please note: Priority at all levels is given to full team registrations. Individual player registrations will be placed on teams at the appropriate level on a first come first served basis. There is no guarantee taht there will be space for any/all individual registrations. Any registrants who are not placed on a team wil receive a full refund.
